*Job Description:* 
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and executing projects independently, as well as with a helper at times, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Lead Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from small punchlist repairs to larger renovation and construction projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage and complete various construction projects, including renovations, deck builds, and more.
- Perform small punchlist repairs, including but not limited to:
  - Roof repair
  - Drywall repair
  - Painting
  - Plumbing
  - Basic electrical work
  - Crawlspace work
  - Siding work
- Provide accurate and timely updates on project status and timeline to the office.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with relevant safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the course of the project.
- Mentor and guide less experienced technicians as needed.

*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience in construction, with a strong background in the tasks listed above.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable and consistent, with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and truck/van transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
