Job Description - Lead Cook

Lead Cook needed for school food service program in the Edison, NJ area . Monday-Friday, day shift, 7 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.

Cooking experience needed. K-12 school experience a plus. ServSafe® Certification Required.

Duties to include:

Food preparation.

Cooking, and following recipes according to the NSLP guidelines.

Serving.

POS/cashier.

Ordering.

Inventory.

Stocking.

Cleaning, etc.
