Lead Cook- Maravilla Santa Barbara

• Leads the cooking Team in the preparation and execution of daily specials.
• Follows recipes and complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures, and Department of Health regulations
• Washes and cleans all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

• 5+ years as Sous Chef or Lead cook or Kitchen Manager.
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math and measuring skills.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting.
• Ability to use all kitchen equipment and utensils.
