What we are looking for
We are looking for a new Truck/Shift lead, a pivotal role in building a robust Team and running one of our eight food trucks. Your contribution will be instrumental in improving our products and services.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day operation:
- Safely operate our food truck to transport people and goods to various locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Ensure Food Quality and follow SOPs
- Ensure Health and Safety Compliance
- Protect Assets and stay on top of maintenance
- Training and supervising team members
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic vehicle maintenance, mechanical and electrical understanding.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within the team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if necessary.
