MaxxSouth Broadband is looking for a dependable and proactive Lead CPE Warehouse Technician to oversee inventory management, equipment distribution, and warehouse operations. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to lead daily activities, coordinate critical inventory processes, and serve as the primary resource for managing customer premises equipment (CPE) across MaxxSouth facilities. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inventory operations across multiple locations, including ordering, receiving, shipping, transfers, stock control, and inventory reconciliation. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy. 
• Coordinate equipment distribution and recovery for employees and contractors while maintaining detailed system documentation. 
• Monitor inventory levels, communicate shortages and inventory concerns to management. 
•  Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and inventory management standards. 
• Test, troubleshoot, maintain, and provision equipment, including converters and cable modems.

  What We’re Looking For: 

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent – required
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record -required.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, sit, drive, hear, talk, and lift up to 75 pounds -required.
• Forklift operation experience – preferred
