As a Lead Craftsman at Ace Handyman Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality home repair and remodeling services to our valued customers. Your typical day may include assessing project requirements, executing various tasks from minor repairs to significant renovations, mentoring junior craftsmen, and maintaining a positive customer relationship. You'll take charge of managing your schedule, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Our Master Craftsman is a COACH:

•  Coach - DAD - Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone.
•  Oversight - Overseeing the execution of the AHS system in the field.
•  Certified in the application of products 
•  Hero - He responds well to difficult situations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical

Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Must Have:

• Must reside within 30 miles of San Diego, CA
• 5+ years of experience as a handyman, home remodeler, or in independent/general contracting within the residential construction segment
• Proficient in using a diverse range of hand and power tools necessary for the role
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening if offered the position
• Comfortable using smartphone applications for managing appointments and invoicing
