Lead Data Entry Specialist

The Law Office of David P. Shapiro is seeking a Lead Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data related to client files, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data.

Job Type: Full Time and Salary: $30-45 /hour

Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain data in our case management system

• Perform quality checks on data inputted by other team members

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy

• Maintain confidentiality of client information

• Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient data management

• Train and mentor other data entry specialists

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a similar role

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong data management and analysis skills

• Proficient in using data entry software and tools

• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

• Prior experience as a lead or supervisor preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
