Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Lead Data Scientist to formulate and apply mathematical and computational modeling methods towards data extraction and manipulation. Duties include: apply advanced quantitative, data modeling, and machine learning methods to the development, validation, and delivery of algorithms, statistical models, and reporting tools; leverage data science, large scale experimentation, and optimization of digital properties and applications to develop predictive models that maximize behavioral change; identify and solve data modeling and machine learning problems, including validating information, applying quantitative judgment, and applying complex algorithms and artificial learning; perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary; and act as an analytics product owner and translate business needs into analytics projects and recommendations. Telecommuting available. - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology, Analytics, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires two (2 ) years of experience in each of the following: Big Data platforms: Azure, GCP or AWS; ETL for enterprise data management; MS Business Intelligence tools: SSIS, SSRS and SSAS; programming in SQL or Python; visualization tools including Power BI or Tableau; and designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases. Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $206,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
