Are you an experienced Dental Assistant with strong leadership skills and a passion for changing lives? Yes, change lives, not “doing dentistry”. Our growing dental practice is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant/Clinical Manager to join our team, care for our large family patients referred to as “customers” by corporate dentistry offices. We are seeking an honest, motivated individual for our 'big three focus philosophy:'

Patients (Family)

Practice (takes care of our family)

Employees (becomes our family)

What We’re Looking For:

-Minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience (this is a must)

-Expanded functions and radiology certification (highly incentivised, however not required)

-Excellent communication and patient care skills

-Strong leadership and organizational skills

-Ability to train and mentor team members

-Knowledge of Dentrix not required, however certainly a bonus

Responsibilities Include:

-Overseeing clinical operations to ensure quality patient care, and overall efficiency in clinical operations.

-Leading and mentoring all clinical staff, and maintaining clear communications with front administration to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience.

-Managing inventory and ordering supplies (not expected upon start date)

-Ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols amongst entire clinical team
