Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Lead Dentist in Haines City, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead Provider role within an established private practice
• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services
• Manage 2-3 operatories with strong clinical support
• Average 8-10 procedures daily
• Leadership autonomy with opportunity to drive practice growth
• Patient-centered environment focused on quality outcomes

COMPENSATION

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Thursday Schedule
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Four-Day Work Week
• No Weekends
• No Call Requirements
• No Major Holidays

ROLE
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
• Lead clinical operations as the on-site provider
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients
• Manage multiple operatories efficiently
• Collaborate with support staff to maximize patient experience
• Drive quality outcomes and patient retention
