Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and be passionate about helping others. As a Lead Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that the individuals we serve receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities

- Develop and implement individualized care plans

- Monitor and document progress towards goals

- Ensure that all individuals receive the highest quality care

- Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other stakeholders

- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for individuals

Requirements

 - High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to problem-solve and think critically

- Valid driver's license 

- Must pass a post offer drug test
