Dungarvin is an agency that provides supports for individuals with disabilities. We are recruiting for a dependable Lead Direct Support Professional with the desire to assist the people we support in reaching their goals and leading a high quality of life. The Lead Direct Support Professional is expected to provide high-quality direct care to individuals in services.

Experience working with individuals with higher behavioral needs, as well as implementing behavioral plans, is a plus.

The Lead Direct Support position is an integral member of the team expected to provide leadership and support to all team members. The Lead Direct Support Professional is expected to perform such duties as maintaining financial records, assisting supervisor with maintaining individual and house documentation, assisting with staff schedules, assisting with running individuals' medical appointments, and attending mandatory meetings. The Lead Direct Support Professional will work directly with the individuals served, including, but not limited to, providing assistance in activities of daily living, transportation and assisting with personal hygiene.

• Must be at least 18-years old
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
