The Electric Company in Stockton, CA is seeking a Lead Electrician to join our team. We are a fast-growing company with a focus on providing high-quality electrical services to our customers. Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of electricians on various projects

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards

Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions

Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a licensed electrician

Valid electrician's license and certification

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
