Job Summary

Are you ready to lead a great team and elevate field operations to increase growth and productivity? We are seeking an Electrical service supervisor to work closely with the owner in day-to-day operations, while also directing and working closely with apprentices and managing field operations. Great communication skills will be needed to work with all team members, General Contractors, homeowners, vendors, etc. to provide exceptional customer service and quality electrical work.
Responsibilities

· Follow all safety rules and regulations

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment

· Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches and/or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed, while maintaining budgets, labor and materials efficiently

· Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with your expert knowledge

· Supervise and support a team of electricians, ensuring they deliver high-quality work

· Install new electrical systems and repair existing electrical

· Interact professionally with clients

· Communicate effectively with General Contractors, homeowners and team members

· Assist and communicate with scheduling to meet the customer’s needs

· Occasional work on Fridays when there are time constraints

· Occasional emergency calls on the weekend, notice will be given
Qualifications

· Residential and Commercial experience-5 or more years preferred

· Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Must be able to pass a security clearance and background check

· Ability to multi-task

· Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ensure that electrical work follows local and national electrical codes and regulations

· Ability to collaborate with General Contractors and scheduling to meet project requirements and timelines

· Professional appearance and courteous personality

· Must have tools

· Must be able to document time and services rendered per job, per day

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Eligible to legally work in the United States

· Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude and an ability to learn quickly
