Job Description: Lead Electrician/Wireman

Location: Longview, TX


Responsibilities:
- Perform residential generator installation and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose generators and ATS switches
- Provide mechanical and electrical support for residential electrical systems
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
- Collaborate with clients to determine electrical needs and solutions

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician
- Proven experience in generator installation and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for generators and ATS switches
- Mechanically and electrically inclined
- Licensed electrician preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
