What you will have an opportunity to do:

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a luxury property operating at its best? The Lytle Park Hotel is seeking a Lead Engineer to help oversee the day-to-day operation of our Engineering Department while ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the Engineering team in maintaining hotel facilities and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests.
• Assist with vendor coordination and project management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for guests and experts.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel, commercial building, or facilities maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as needed.

Schedule Requirements

Weekend and evening availability is required.
This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency situations when necessary.
