Lead Environmental Svc Associate

Department:  Environmental Services
Work Hours:  10pm - 6:30am

Basic Function:
While under the supervision of the Supervisor/Manager of Environmental Services, the Environmental Services Lead will function as a Lead worker, covering and working shifts and schedules as assigned. The Lead will train and supervise employees on all shifts.

Qualifications:
Required: High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum of three years housekeeping experience in a hospital or health care setting. Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred: Associate degree. Five years previous lead or supervisory experience in a healthcare or other relevant setting. Computer literate.
