Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

As 101's Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation of facility systems and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Your work will support a safe, organized, and efficient workplace while helping to minimize operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities for this Role:

· Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected breakdowns.

· Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

· Replace or adjust defective components using tools and diagnostic equipment.

· Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS or manual logs.

· Perform routine safety inspections and address identified hazards.

· Collaborate on the installation and set-up of new machinery.

· Maintain facility cleanliness and organization by performing general maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3+ years in a similar maintenance role.

· Hands-on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.

· Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic systems and MIG/TIG welding.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in various environmental conditions, and perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and reaching.

· Ability to self-direct and manage projects through to completion

· Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation

· Valid driver’s license required.

· Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

· Bilingual (Eng/Span), a plus!

· Diesel Truck/Trailer maintenance experience, a plus!
