This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.\n\n## You will set yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:\n\n\u2022 Associate\u2019s degree in electrical or electronics from an accredited institution, current enrollment in a bachelor\u2019s degree engineering program at an accredited institution or applicable military training and experience. \n\u2022 Three (3)+ years experience working with power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics. \n\u2022 Electrical Technology Certificate. \n\u2022 Ability to read electrical component schematic drawings and apply troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques. \n\u2022 Strong understanding of electrical theory, battery systems, and single- and three-phase circuits. \n\u2022 Strictly follow company/customer safety rules for a secure work environment. \n\u2022 Collaborate with Field Service Technicians, taking direction from on-site leads.\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
