Lead Field Service Technician

• Able to work with local Field Service Technicians and assist/lead/train them


• This position will require travel throughout CherCo's Customer base (TX, LA, NM, and OK)


• Provide outstanding customer service


• Assist and/or lead in equipment:
  
  
  
  • Start-up/commissioning – broad understanding of procedures and requirements
  
  
  • Compressor Package assembly and disassembly
  
  
  • Troubleshooting and repairing compressor packages
  
  
  • Complete minor and major overhauls and revamps
  
  
  • Identify and address equipment, package, and plant inefficiencies/issues in a timely manner
  
  
  
  


• Calculate and interpret Compressor Performance runs and other OEM Software


• Provide preventative and corrective field mechanical service on gas compression


• High level understanding of production flows on compressors and production equipment
  
  
  
  • Verify flow and runs to maximize performance
  
  
  
  


• Proficient with electric and pneumatic panels and end devices


• Ability to decipher P&ID's, Blueprints, Installation Instructions, and Technical


• Fully participate and champion all CherCo and Customer safety programs and incident reporting


• Must have own tools – at least through 3/4” drive


• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
