We are seeking an experienced Lead AV Field Technician to join a growing Residential AV Integrator in Long Island. This is a foreman -level role responsible for leading a team of field technicians on large residential projects while ensuring quality workmanship, strong communication, and on -time project completion.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of AV field technicians on residential job sites
  
• Serve as the main on -site point of contact for project execution
  
• Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot residential AV systems (audio, video, control, networking)
  
• Interpret system drawings and project documentation
  
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
  
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and other trades
  
• Train and mentor junior technicians
  
• Maintain excellent attendance and professionalism
