Lead Finance Analyst

The

Lead Finance Analyst

will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

Partner with internal and external customers to lead and grow the business; assist in analyzing and preparing monthly results for management; interact with other departments on business issues that impact financial reporting.
Responsible for monthly close process for assigned areas and business segments.
Assist in administering financial reporting consolidation system.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Lead direct reports and provide support, as needed, for their monthly close process responsibilities.
Support acquisition activity and other projects impacting Corporate supported systems.
Assist in the management and administration of business systems and procedures.
Identify and support continuous improvement projects impacting the monthly close process and financial reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The

Lead Finance Analyst

will possess the following:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Experience with consolidation systems and processes.
Systems and project experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Leadership experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
