Your Impact as a Lead Flexologist

Be the Catalyst for Team Success

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled Flexologists through hands-on training and development.
• Organize and facilitate certification programs and advanced workshops to ensure excellence in our stretch methodology.
• Champion consistency and elevate the quality of every client session.
• Cultivate a team culture rooted in growth, accountability, and excellence.

Deliver Wellness That Changes Lives

• Design and implement personalized stretch programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Perform movement assessments to guide each clients progress and transformation.
• Foster deep client relationships, driving retention and satisfaction.
• Create sessions that empower clients to move better, feel better, and live better.

Drive Strategic Studio Success

• Collaborate with the Studio Manager on growth initiatives and community presence.
• Manage team scheduling and ensure full coverage for a seamless client experience.
• Lead local outreach efforts, introducing the benefits of assisted stretching to the community.
• Maintain a welcoming, high-standard studio environment that embodies health and connection.

What You Bring to the Table

Professional Background (One or More Required):

• Physical Therapy Assistant or Aide
• Massage Therapist
• Certified Personal Trainer
• Dance, Yoga, or Pilates Instructor

Essential Qualifications:

• Active fitness certification (NASM, ACE, etc.)
• Hands-on experience training or working with clients
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong communication skills that inspire, motivate, and educate

Your StretchLab Training Journey

• Complete our exclusive 20-hour online training to build foundational expertise
• Attend a 2-day immersive in-person training to refine your technique
• Lead ongoing development sessions to sharpen your teams skills and expand your own mastery

Schedule & Availability

• Part-Time Role (20-25 hours/week)
• Availability during peak hours and for team training
• Flexibility to balance studio operations and team empowerment
