We are currently seeking a Concrete Floor Coating Specialist to apply durable, high-quality coatings to concrete surfaces, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. This hands-on role includes surface preparation, coating application, and ensuring a flawless finish.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, quality-focused, mechanically inclined, and have experience in painting or related trades. We offer comprehensive training and opportunities for growth, making this a rewarding role within a rapidly growing segment of the remodeling industry.

· Construction experience/mechanical aptitude.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop.

· Positive attitude and team player mentality.

· Operate a truck with a trailer attached.

· Adheres to proper safety techniques.

· Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations.

· Ability to follow directions and learn our installation process.

· Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
