As a Lead Floor Host, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and providing leadership to our dedicated team.

• Position: Lead Floor Host, Dallas, Texas Must have 2-3 years of experience managing a team in the hospitality (Restaurants or Hotel) Industry.
• Shift: Monday -Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Pay Rate: $23.58 per hour (non-negotiable)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading or supervising teams in the hospitality industry (e.g., restaurant, hotel, fine dining).
• Experience in the service industry preferred (hotel, restaurant, hospitality, event planning).
• Excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Satisfaction:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives.
• Provide timely resolution of issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee day-to-day functions of client portfolios.
• Set and monitor team goals to meet client expectations.
• Introduce and implement best practices in services, staffing, and technology.
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.

Essential Skills:

• Must have 2-3 years of experience managing a team in the hospitality (Restaurants or Hotel) Industry.
• Client-first mentality.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Adaptability in communication and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and audio/visual equipment.
• Strong technical skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
