Lead Food Service Worker

• High school level of knowledge.
• Must be able to operate a variety of kitchen equipment. Must be able to read, write and follow instructions.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food Service. 
• Must have the ability to independently take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision-making.  High degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to undertake new responsibilities as assigned. Ability to work under stress. 
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve as a role model and team leader for others.
