Position Title: Lead Framing Carpenter
4050 Development, LLC, is a residential/commercial general construction company. We are looking for experienced carpenters for long-term, full-time employment. As a lead carpenter you will be tasked to complete projects such as full build custom homes, commercial buildings, and remodels.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
2-3 years of construction experience is required. Specifics include: basic concrete (foundations and flatwork) structural framing, siding, roofing, window/door installation, and interior finish carpentry (including cabinet installation).
- Proficient in reading blueprints
- Experience using basic construction hand tools (nail guns, saws, etc.)
- Ability to operate skid steer and telehandler (preferred, not required)
- Ensure safe working conditions at all times
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork and problem solving skills
- Ability to complete projects within assigned timeline and budget
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Valid driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle
- Residing within driving distance to Ennis and surrounding areas
