Accountabilities
- Architect and design full-stack, cloud-native applications that are scalable, secure, and redundant.
- Lead the development and integration of front-end and back-end services, ensuring seamless user experience and performance optimization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop architectures that balance speed, scalability, and security.
- Implement best practices in cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps to support fast-paced development cycles.
- Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry standards for security, performance, and redundancy.
- Collaborate with product managers and leadership to align technical architecture with business goals and customer needs.
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of innovation and unconventional thinking.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Architect in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Expertise in architecting cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at scale.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, including JavaScript, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- A strong focus on security, scalability, and redundancy in cloud-based systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
