Role Overview
As the Canvassing Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of canvassers to generate leads, educate the community on roofing solutions, and support the sales team. This is an opportunity to make an impact both in the lives of homeowners recovering from storm damage and in the careers of your team members.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of canvassers to meet and exceed lead generation goals

  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to maximize community outreach

  • Train, mentor, and coach your team in sales techniques and customer engagement

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and motivation to achieve goals

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads

  • Represent Ascension Roofing at community events, storm recovery initiatives, and outreach programs

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in sales or canvassing

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with team members and clients

  • Ability to motivate and manage a team toward success

  • High level of integrity and alignment with Ascension Roofing’s values

  • Comfortable working in outdoor environments and adaptable to weather conditions

  • Familiarity with roofing products and services is a plus
