What You'll Do:
- Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident
- Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments
- Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Clear and professional communication skills

- Willingness to learn
- Tech-savvy with the ability to speak confidently with customers, while navigating a CRM system and entering data accurately in real time
What You Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.
Schedule Availability:
- Must be available to work four weekday shifts plus one weekend shift
- Shift Days: Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat
- Shift Hours: 12pm-9pm
- Call center operating hours: M-F 8am-11pm, Saturday 8:30am-8pm, Sunday 9am-7pm
