Job Description - Lead Generation Specialist

Lands' End Outfitters seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, analyze, and optimize lead generation strategies that drive customer acquisition and support the company’s revenue growth goals. This role will work closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to prioritize key industry categories, prospect high-value accounts, and ensure a seamless handoff to Business Development Executives (BDEs).



  • Lead Source Analysis and Optimization: Analyze opportunities from the Contact Center, LEBO website, and tradeshows.

  • Prospecting & Research: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to gain client insights and identify high-potential prospects. Conduct in-depth market and account research, with a focus on enterprise-size accounts, to support targeted outreach strategies.

  • Lead Strategy Execution Develop and execute lead list strategies, including follow-up initiatives from tradeshows and curated boss lists. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align lead generation efforts with business development priorities.

  • Performance Monitoring: rack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and pipeline growth. Monitor activity levels across LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to ensure consistent prospecting efforts.

  • Sales Enablement: Make the initial connection with prospects and ensure a smooth handoff to BDEs for further engagement. Support the sales team with timely and accurate lead intelligence.


Skills



  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo

  • Marketing Automation Tools

  • Strategic Thinking and Collaboration

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of department strategies.


Physical Requirements



  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Ability to travel 5+ days per year.


Education & Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development or related role.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.


Location Preference: While this role offers flexibility, preference will be given to candidates located within a commutable distance to our corporate office in Dodgeville, WI, or Chicago, IL showroom, with the ability to be on-site as needed.
