Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on the phone—someone with proven success in telemarketing, phone sales, or customer outreach. If you're driven, personable, and passionate about helping homeowners while reaching your earning potential, this is your opportunity to shine.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential leads using scripts and call lists

  • Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our field sales team

  • Follow up on previous contacts and maintain consistent communication

  • Track and meet daily/weekly call and conversion goals

  • Maintain accurate lead records and notes in our CRM system

What You Bring


  • Experience: Proven background in telemarketing or phone-based sales (required)


  • Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence


  • Motivation: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven


  • Organization: Detail-oriented and efficient with follow-up and record-keeping


  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in roofing, home improvement, or storm restoration is a bonus
