We're currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Lead Generator to represent our brand inside Costco locations, with a primary focus on the Independence, MO store (Willing to travel to other stores is a plus!). What We Offer:

• $19.00 per hour + performance bonuses (You will receive a certain dollar mount for every lead generated/appointment set as well as any customer who finalizes a purchase)

Position Summary:

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be stationed inside Costco, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers interested in HVAC services. Your goal is to initiate conversations, educate shoppers about our services, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. No cold calling or door knocking—just genuine, face-to-face customer engagement in a high-traffic retail setting

Responsibilities:

• Engage with Costco shoppers to introduce them to Polestar’s HVAC services
• Educate customers on current promotions and service benefits
• Capture accurate customer information and set up appointments for in-home estimates
• Maintain a professional and friendly presence in-store
• Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work retail hours, including weekends
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be 18 years or older
