Job Description - Lead Generator


In-Store Lead Generator – Guaranteed $16–$20/hr Base + Uncapped Commission!



Talk to people. Get paid.

We’re looking for outgoing, confident individuals to join our team as In-Store Lead Generators! You’ll engage shoppers inside Home Depot stores, introduce them to our home improvement services, and set appointments for our experts to follow up.



Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available!

Must be available Friday-Sunday

$16-$20/hr + commission on every qualified lead



What you’ll do:


  • Greet and engage customers

  • Generate interest in HVAC products & services

  • Set qualified appointments – no selling required

  • Meet weekly lead goals

  • Keep your display area looking sharp

  • Can work independently

  • Are dependable and available every weekend
