Position Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Therapy Team Lead (SLP, OT, or PT) to play a pivotal role in launching and expanding our pediatric therapy services in the Austin area. This salaried position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient care and ready to take on leadership responsibilities. 

The ideal candidate will initially carry a small caseload, with a strong focus on growing the therapy census and recruiting and mentoring additional clinicians. As the team grows, this role will transition into a more administrative leadership position. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct pediatric therapy services in a home health setting 

• Manage and grow a personal patient caseload 

• Collaborate with the clinical director and recruiting team to expand the local therapy team 

• Provide support, training, and mentorship to newly hired therapists 

• Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal policies and procedures 

• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical development 

• Transition into a team management/administrative role as the caseload and team grow 

• Current licensure in the state of Texas as an SLP, OT, or PT 

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience, preferably in home health 

• Demonstrated leadership skills or prior experience in a lead or supervisory role 

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently 

• Passion for working with children and their families 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous experience building or managing a therapy caseload/team 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus 

• Knowledge of EMR systems and therapy documentation standards
