Lead Housekeeper, Full Time

We are looking for a reliable lead housekeeper to join our growing team.

This position is responsible for daily cleaning of laundry rooms, interior hallways, breezeways, common areas, and grounds. In addition, this position will lead the other staff housekeepers in meeting daily goals, maintaining the standards as set forth by the community and assisting with daily duties.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sweep, mop and clean when necessary. Vacuum and/or steam clean carpets. Reports additional repairs/cleaning needs as appropriate.
• Complete general apartment, and model cleaning (i.e. counter tops, cabinets, sinks, fixtures, windows, commodes, tubs, showers, mirrors, etc.) ensuring thoroughly clean surfaces with no residue or remaining soil.
• Clean and arrange furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s).
• Maintain cleanliness of office and all other amenity and common area facilities assuring general cleanliness of grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas, bathrooms, trash dumpsters, etc.

Requirements:

• Prefer high school graduate, although this is not mandatory.
• Previous apartment cleaning experience helpful and desirable, but not required.
