The Lead HR Business Advisor is a strategic leadership role for one of the fastest growing business lines of Capgemini.

**Key responsibilities:**

+ Attract- building a reputation of being the employer of choice and creating an enhanced candidate and onboarding experience to attract the right talent.

+ Nurture- building an environment to learn & innovate, thrive and contribute towards a community of peers to build partnerships and sharing knowledge, across Capgemini and with clients.

**Required Skills**

+ Work experience as a HRBP, or a similar role in a consulting environment.

+ Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills to lead with data driven insights.

+ Ability to influence change and steer new ways of working.

+ In-depth knowledge of all HR functions.

+ Good understanding of labor legislation.

+ Excellent leadership abilities.

+ Communication and problem-solving skills.
