Residential HVAC Lead Installer Pay (Full-Time/Hourly): $25-$34

Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

Residental HVAC Lead Installer Responsibilities:

Builds positive relationships with customers and team

Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Changeout Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobs

Works under minimum supervision to changeout and install HVAC equipment in customer’s home

Completes required paperwork in a timely manner

Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools

Follows all Gunthers Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.

Maintains a positive attitude and supports Gunthers’ Core Values and Mission

Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

Residential HVAC Lead Installer Qualifications:

4+ year in commercial HVAC Installs & Changeouts

EPA and RMGA certification required

High School Diploma, or GED

Exceptional leadership skills

Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills

Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test

Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.

Follows Gunthers dress and grooming polices. For the safety and respect of our customers, Gunthers is a SMOKE-FREE environment - no smoking or vaping.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
