Job Duties: The Lead Installer will be responsible for the proper installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They will lead and train their installation assistant and be responsible for ensuring the installation is executed properly to code and industry standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

· Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork. 

· Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and installation manuals. 

· Perform start-up and testing of installed systems to ensure proper operation. 

· Complete required installation checklists 

· Communicate with homeowners regarding installation procedures, system operations, and maintenance requirements. 

· Adhere to safety procedures and use protective equipment as required. 

· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. 

· Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete installations on schedule. 

· Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications: 

· Experienced HVAC Installer 

· Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills 

· Great Attitude 

· Strong Problem-Solving Skills 

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 

· Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights.
