JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Lead and perform top notch installations. Quality control other projects ensuring all installations are completed to the highest quality standards.

*Serve as the primary point of contact with customers during the installation process, addressing any concerns or questions.

*Coordinate with office and customers ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.

*Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Code compliant and will pass inspections.

*Train and mentor installation team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

*Manage inventory of installation tools and equipment, ensuring availability for projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Proven experience as an installer with at least two years in a leadership role.

*Strong technical knowledge and skills related to residential hvac installations.

*Excellent communication and customer service skills.

*Committed to safety and high quality standards.

*Valid drivers license and ability to drive to various job projects.
