R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling has proudly served Florida communities for over 50 years. With locations in New Port Richey, Brandon, and Orlando, we’re a stable and growing company seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform complete HVAC system installations


• Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to helper or junior installers


• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications


• Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets company quality standards


• Communicate clearly with project managers, customers, and teammates


• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and company vehicles


• Monitor job progress, address challenges, and keep projects on schedule


• Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of HVAC installation experience minimum preferred 


• Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings


• Own tools required for installation work


• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work


• Professional appearance and communication skills

Preferred but not required:

• EPA Certification


• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Performance pay


• Our Installers earn from $45,000 to $125,000 yearly DOE
