Lead HVAC Installer / Foreman – Commercial HVAC

Phoenix, AZ | $32–$40/hr (DOE) | Company Vehicle + Full Benefits

Northern Arizona Refrigeration is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead high-quality installation projects across the greater Phoenix area.

What You'll Do:

• Lead commercial HVAC installations (ground-up, TI, and retrofit)
• Supervise and coordinate on-site crews
• Manage timelines, quality control, and safety
• Collaborate with project managers, GCs, and subcontractors
• Mentor and train junior installers and apprentices
• Ensure accurate project documentation and material tracking  

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of commercial HVAC install experience (ductwork, equipment, VRF      systems, etc.)
• 4+ years as a Lead Installer or HVAC Foreman
• Ability to read blueprints and job layouts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Working knowledge of local codes and safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification and VRF system experience a plus
