Lead HVAC Installer | Full-Time | Company Vehicle

We keep a full schedule. We need installers who keep up.

Our top performers earn between $45K-$100K+ per year. We pay training rate, and then commission based on productivity.

Goettl has been in the business since 1939. We do things The Right Way, Not The Easy Way® — and that starts with the people doing the installs. We're not looking for salespeople. We're looking for installers who know their craft, work hard, and want a company that keeps them busy and pays them what they're worth.

Why Goettl:

• Top market hours — a full schedule, year-round

• Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities

• Company vehicle + tools provided — no out-of-pocket expenses

• No sales pressure — your job is to install it right, not sell it

• Work alongside experienced crews who take pride in the trade

• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

• Weekly pay

What You'll Do:

• Install complete residential HVAC systems — equipment, ductwork, and electrical components

• Remove old equipment and leave the job site clean and professional

• Follow Goettl's picture-perfect install standard on every job

• Make sure the homeowner knows how their new system works before you leave

• Keep your truck stocked, your tools sharp, and your PPE in order

What We Need:

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems

• Valid Texas TDLR license

• EPA Level 2 certification

• Clean driving record for the last two years + valid license

• Able to pass background and drug screen

• Reliable — you show up on time and finish the job right

No pressure. No nonsense. Just solid work, steady hours, and a paycheck you can count on.
