Job Description:
- Install and replace residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and pass inspections on the first attempt.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively on-site.
- Use tools, gauges, and test equipment for quality installations.
- Complete and sign off installation checklists.
- Work independently or with a team to solve field problems.
- Maintain and organize inventory for efficiency.
- Recommend maintenance contracts to extend customer product life.

Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- EPA certification.
- Own tools, strong integrity, and reliability.
- Proficient in HVAC system design, layout, and installation.
- Skilled in wiring, troubleshooting, and system start-ups.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
- Tech/Trade School degree.
- Service and maintenance experience.
- North Carolina Mechanical License.
- NATE Certification.
