Lead HVAC Installer – Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
• Oversee jobsite coordination, ensuring timely and quality installations.
• Install ductwork, thermostats, and system components per job specifications.
• Perform system start-ups and verify functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues or system malfunctions.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, promoting safety and efficiency.
   

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HVAC installation, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification: Valid HVAC certification and EPA license.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Leadership: Strong ability to guide teams, manage timelines, and communicate effectively.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
• Customer Interaction: Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
