Job Description - Lead HVAC/Plumbing Estimator

Lead HVAC/Plumbing Estimator job in Fort Meyers, FL

This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Manage, train and grow estimating team

Review final estimates prior to submitting bids

Communicate with owners, general and sub-contractors

Build and maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers

Bid on local upcoming medium and large negotiated, design-build, and plan-spec Commercial HVAC and Plumbing projects

Review large change-orders prior to submittals

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial estimating experience

Advanced knowledge of Quickpen/Accubid, and/or other on-screen takeoff software
