Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to manage and execute residential bathroom renovation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading installation teams, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and providing top-tier customer service. If you have experience as a Carpenter, Remodeler, Construction Worker, or Plumber, this is an opportunity to advance your career with a company that values expertise and leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Project Leadership:

  • Lead and oversee residential bathroom renovation projects from demolition to completion.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards, safety protocols, and customer expectations.
  • Utilize carpentry, remodeling, and construction skills to complete projects efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and training to Installers and Apprentices on proper installation techniques.

Worksite & Team Management:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring customers' homes are protected.
  • Supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges to ensure smooth installation processes.

Customer Interaction & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
  • Communicate project updates and challenges to the Installation Manager.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and high-quality renovation experience.

Requirements

  Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in remodeling, construction, carpentry, or plumbing preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing small teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, installation guides, and work orders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt on-site.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license (minimum of 5 years required).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, squat, climb stairs, and use ladders for extended periods.
  • Perform repetitive motions as required for installation tasks.
