Position Summary:We are actively looking for a Lead Installer that is eager to learn and grow along with our team. This position involves installation and maintenance of custom designed signs including pylon signs, monument signs, digital displays (EMCs), and many others. Previous sign experience is a plus but it's not required if you have overlapping skills and the right attitude.
This position is an awesome opportunity to learn new skills and use cool equipment. We are willing to train the right people with the right mindset in all the skills listed below. Compensation and Benefits:Pay Range: $45-$60 per hour depending on experienceBenefits Include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate with a solution-oriented, can-do mindset
• Work with and lead a team to drive installation projects from start to finish, on time with a great attention to finished product details
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills are a must.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, plans, and drawings and communicate requirements to other teammates with clear and concise instructions.
• Hands-on experience with all aspects of construction are required, including concrete, electrical, and structural steel are preferred.
• Operate equipment such as boom lifts, cranes, power tools, and hand tools.
• Adhere to all safety requirements including using appropriate PPE.
• Must be comfortable working at extreme heights in all weather conditions.

Requirements

 Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• At least 4 years general construction experience required with a strong preference for demonstrated project successes and team leadership
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• OSHA 10 – preferred
• Forklift, Scissor lift, and Boom Lift experience – strongly preferred
• Welding experience – strongly preferred
• Crane Operation/NCCCO certification– strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and move.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 80+ pounds.
• Must be able to lift, squat, bend, kneel, reach, pull and push heavy items.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
• Must be able to work outdoors in conditions from -10F-100F depending on the time of year.
