Rocktops is a state-of-the-art granite & stone fabrication facility located in Olathe, KS servicing the production and installation of high-quality countertop surfaces for our clients. Rocktops has an immediate opening for a Full Time Lead Installer to join our team. Lead Installers are responsible for modeling, coaching and guiding their support crew, while continuing to perform installer duties like that of any other team member. Through every aspect of the residential or commercial project, the lead installer will ensure that safety, quality and accuracy remains top priority. The lead installer must maintain a high level of customer service and be able to communicate effectively with the homeowner / builder. TYPICAL DUTIES (illustrative, not inclusive):

• Perform scheduled installations of custom countertops.
• Load and unload countertops ensuring safety and quality protocols are followed.
• Complete every installation according to company expectations and leave each job site in an orderly and clean manner.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and good motor vehicle report.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Construction Experience is a plus.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, reach, crouch, bend, or kneel, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.
• Exerts up to 100-pounds of force, and/or up to 100-pounds of force frequently, to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move heavy objects.
• Bilingual.
