Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
  Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to company standards, timelines, and customer expectations.


• Team Supervision & Training:
  Lead and mentor a team of installers, providing hands-on guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive, high-performing crew.


• Installation Excellence:
  Execute installations for heating, air, and plumbing systems with precision, ensuring all work meets industry codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.


• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring that every project meets Progressive’s quality benchmarks.


• Customer Interaction:
  Act as a point of contact for clients during installation projects, clearly communicating progress, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Collaboration & Coordination:
  Work closely with project managers, service technicians, and other team members to coordinate schedules, resources, and ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven Installation Experience:
  Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in installing heating, air, and plumbing systems. A strong background in similar roles is essential.


• Leadership & Communication Skills:
  Demonstrated ability to lead a team, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with both team members and customers.


• Technical Proficiency:
  Solid understanding of technical installation processes, building codes, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.


• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve installation challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.


• Certifications & Licenses:
